Antonio was so attentive and his service was excellent. My steak was cooked exactly how I like it, the wait for each course wasn’t long ant all and everything was really tasty.

Delicious cuts of meat on the butchers block served by our lovely waiter Larbi who was very helpful when deciding what to have accompanying our meal. Value for money exceptional. Disappointed by how many people were wearing trainers.

The service was fast and a glimpse of friendly smiles were seen. Staff was a bit snotty and short. My 12 yo daughter ordered a cheesecake and didn't like the taste of the coulis. I asked for a replacement and the waitress looked like I had insulted her ancestors. When the 226 pound bill came we had been charged twice for the cheesecake. I asked if it was a mistake, the waitress said that it wasn't. I appreciate she might not be able to make the decision to replace the dessert but she should have said so when she took the cake away (kid had had one bite). We would have eaten it instead of wasting it and spending 24 pounds on a very average cheesecake

Excellent and efficient service from our waiter Antonio. Everything served with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. His service was the highlight of our meal. Steak was good as always.
